For Warm Therapy: Microwave in 5-second intervals until the desired warmth is reached (do not exceed 10 seconds total). Always test the temperature before applying to your skin.

Regarding out-of-stock items, while they shouldn't be orderable, should an item become unavailable at fulfillment, we'll promptly inform you via email, providing an estimated restock and shipping date.
