Orders are processed Monday through Friday, with weekend and holiday orders processed within 48 hours of the next business day. Typically, our shipping carrier delivers within 3-5 working days. Once your item ships, you'll receive tracking information via email and can access it by logging into your account.

Returned items must be sent to: Katz Beauty Central LLC, Keswick Court, Land O' Lakes FL 34638, United States. Damaged or incorrect items should be reported upon receipt. Perishable, custom, or hazardous items are non-returnable. Sale items and gift cards are final sale. Exchanges are facilitated by returning the item and making a separate purchase.
