We offer complimentary ground shipping on all domestic orders exceeding $150. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, with weekend and holiday orders processed within 48 hours of the next business day. Typically, our shipping carrier delivers within 3-5 working days. Once your item ships, you'll receive tracking information via email and can access it by logging into your account.

Regarding out-of-stock items, while they shouldn't be orderable, should an item become unavailable at fulfillment, we'll promptly inform you via email, providing an estimated restock and shipping date.
