- Prepare your bath: Run a warm bath and adjust the - water temperature to your preference.
- Choose your soak: Select one of the three bath packets based on your desired experience:
- Relaxing Lavender for calming and soothing.
Clearing Eucalyptus for invigoration and clearing congestion.
- Refreshing Peppermint for an energizing and uplifting bath.
- Add the minerals: Empty the chosen packet's contents entirely into the running bathwater. Swirl the water gently to help the minerals dissolve.
- Soak and enjoy: Climb into the bath and soak for 20 minutes, allowing the essential oils and minerals to work their magic. Breathe deeply and relax, letting the aromas fill the air.
