We offer complimentary ground shipping on all domestic orders exceeding $150. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, with weekend and holiday orders processed within 48 hours of the next business day. Typically, our shipping carrier delivers within 3-5 working days. Once your item ships, you'll receive tracking information via email and can access it by logging into your account.

Regarding out-of-stock items, while they shouldn't be orderable, should an item become unavailable at fulfillment, we'll promptly inform you via email, providing an estimated restock and shipping date. Any other items in your order will ship separately, and the out-of-stock item will be shipped at no additional cost once available.
