We offer complimentary ground shipping on all domestic orders exceeding $150. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, with weekend and holiday orders processed within 48 hours of the next business day. Typically, our shipping carrier delivers within 3-5 working days. Once your item ships, you'll receive tracking information via email and can access it by logging into your account.
Upon placing an order, you'll receive an email confirmation. For inquiries or assistance regarding your order, you can log into your account, initiate a live chat with our agents, or email us at Katzbeautycentral@gmail.com, ensuring to include your order number for reference.
Regarding out-of-stock items, while they shouldn't be orderable, should an item become unavailable at fulfillment, we'll promptly inform you via email, providing an estimated restock and shipping date. Any other items in your order will ship separately, and the out-of-stock item will be shipped at no additional cost once available.

Returned items must be sent to: Katz Beauty Central LLC, Keswick Court, Land O' Lakes FL 34638, United States. Damaged or incorrect items should be reported upon receipt. Perishable, custom, or hazardous items are non-returnable. Sale items and gift cards are final sale. Exchanges are facilitated by returning the item and making a separate purchase.
