Katz Beauty Central's loyalty program is one of the ways we show our appreciation to customers who have trusted and accompanied the brand. With this program, customers can accumulate reward points from shopping transactions, redeem points for special offers and enjoy many attractive benefits. Below are the detailed regulations of the program to help customers better understand how to participate and use reward points effectively.

1. Introduction to the loyalty program

Katz Beauty Central's loyalty program is designed to thank customers who have trusted and used our products. By participating in the program, customers can accumulate reward points and redeem attractive offers when shopping at Katz Beauty Central.

2. Conditions for participating in the program

• The program is for all customers who register an account on the Katz Beauty Central website.
• Customers must provide accurate personal information to ensure their rights in the process of accumulating and redeeming reward points.

3. How to accumulate reward points

Customers can receive reward points from the following activities:

• Shopping products: Every $1 spent will receive 5 reward points.
• Register a new account: Receive 100 reward points immediately.
• Complete the first order: Receive an additional 300 reward points.
• Celebrate customer's birthday: Receive 500 reward points in the birthday month.
• Follow social networks: Receive 50 reward points when following Katz Beauty Central on Instagram.

Reward points will be credited to the account within 24 hours after completing a valid transaction.

4. How to redeem reward points

Customers can use reward points to redeem the following offers:

• 500 points = $5 off on order
• 1,000 points = $10 off on order
• 2,000 points = $20 off on order
• 10,000 points = $100 off on order

Reward points are not redeemable for cash and can only be used for shopping at Katz Beauty Central.

5. Reward Point Expiration Date

• Reward points are valid for 12 months from the date of issuance. After this period, if customers do not use them, the reward points will automatically expire and will not be refunded.
• Customers can check their remaining points and the expiration date of the points in the Personal Account section on the website.
• If there is any change in the validity period of points, Katz Beauty Central will notify at least 30 days in advance so that customers can use the points appropriately.
• Bonus points cannot be extended or transferred to others.

6. Regulations on refunds and cancellations

• If a customer requests a refund of an order, the accumulated points from that order will be deducted from the account.
• If a customer uses bonus points to pay, the used points will not be refunded when the order is canceled or refunded.
• In case the order is canceled due to an error on Katz Beauty Central's part (out of stock, wrong product delivery), the used bonus points will be refunded to the customer's account.
